Workplace Policy
Cloud Studios is a professionally managed workspace. This policy applies to all members, guests, and visitors while on the premises.
Professional conduct
- Treat others with respect and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially in shared areas and corridors.
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behaviour.
- Comply with all applicable laws and building rules.
Private offices & access
- Private offices are intended for legitimate business and professional use.
- 24-hour access may be granted where specified in your agreement.
- Members are responsible for securing their office and belongings when leaving.
Shared spaces
- Shared areas are communal — leave them clean and ready for the next person.
- Dispose of rubbish properly and follow waste/recycling guidelines.
- Return furniture and equipment to the original configuration after use.
Meeting rooms and bookings
- Meeting rooms and shared facilities must be booked and used within the agreed time slot.
- Any damage must be reported promptly. Members may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
Guests and visitors
- Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and compliance with this policy.
- Guest access may be limited for safety, capacity, and operational reasons.
Safety, security and privacy
- Do not share access devices/keys/security codes with unauthorised persons.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and their work.
- No audio/video recording in shared spaces without clear permission from all relevant parties.
Enforcement
Cloud Studios may take reasonable steps to protect the workplace environment, including warnings, suspension of access, or termination in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
